Smart 65" TV in living room so bring your passwords to enjoy Netflix and other streaming services. Recliner in living room. Beautiful porcelain tile throughout. No carpets. Master bedroom has an adjustable King bed, TV, & two walk in closets. Master bath has two sinks & a tiled walk-in shower with shower seat. Split floor plan has a guest wing with pocket door & 2 guest bedrooms & guest bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with large closet. 3rd bedroom has a full bed, large closet & a large desk.
Fully stocked kitchen and separate dining room. Enclosed lanai to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. Inside laundry room has washer, dryer & built in shelving. 2 car garage.
Yamaha 2 person gas golf cart with 24 hour roadside assistance included. The home is conveniently located about a block from the Duval adult pool & about a block from Seabreeze Recreational Center. Nearby executive golf courses include Turtle Mound, Sandhill, Truman, Roosevelt, Yankee Clipper. Havana is a nearby Championship course.

Town SquaresThe squares offer dining, shopping and entertainment. Weather permitting, each town square has live music every night of the year from 5 pm-9 pm. We are located halfway between the Lake Sumter Landing town square and Brownwood. By car we are 7 minutes away from Lake Sumter Landing and 9 minutes away from Brownwood. By golf cart we are 15 minutes away from Lake Sumter Landing and 18 minutes away from Brownwood. So close and accessible to everything!
Recreation CenterWe are within a block of SeaBreeze Recreation Center and a short golf cart ride to either Colony or Lake Miona Recreation Centers.
Country ClubsWe are close to Havana, Bonifay, and Evans Prairie country clubs for golfing, dining, or drinks.

1. If the Client cancels their reservation at least one month before the scheduled arrival date, they are entitled to a full refund of the reservation fee.
2. If the Client cancels their reservation at least three weeks before the scheduled arrival date, they are entitled to an 80% refund of the reservation fee.
We are a family of 4 humans and 3 fur babies and live in Central California. We all love travelling, especially road trips.

James was a great host! They were very helpful and responsive. We had a great time and the house was perfect for my family and what we needed. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of everything. I would definitely recommend it.

This was the most relaxing, quiet, CLEAN property we have ever stayed and I already miss it! Besides having everything that a guest would need, they actually cared. That means so much to us. As a mother, I am always concerned about neighborhood and this house was very safe. I honestly am racking my brain to think of anything I didn't like. It was perfect. And James is a wonderful host and I will definitely be back when we come visit again!!!!
